This wine represents our attachment to Châteauneuf-du-Pape, to our family, and to our passion. It is a blend composed mainly of rich and powerful Grenache, expressing this terroir with notes of black cherries, typical of our appellation.

Blend:
- Grenache (80%), Syrah (15%), Mourvedre (5%)
- Average age of vines: 50 to 80 years.
Soils:
- Sand and rounded pebbles on the surface, clay deep down.
Ageing:
- The wine is aged in concrete vats for 18 months.
Vinification:
- 100% destemming.
- Our extraction methods are gentle, with fermentation lasting around three weeks to a month, cooled during the first few days in concrete vats. The juices are then temperature-controlled at around 28°C.
