Our estate originated with “Les Galimardes.” This neighborhood, located in the southern part of the appellation, has always been part of our family. We grow century-old Grenache, Syrah, and several white grape varieties there. Authentic terroir of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, it is composed of large pebbles on the surface that An authentic Châteauneuf-du-Pape terroir, it is composed of large rounded pebbles on the surface which give off gentle heat in the evening, promo- ting grape concentration.

Blend:
- 100% century-old Grenache
Soils:
- Rounded pebbles on the surface, clay deep down.
Vinification:
- The grapes are 100% destemmed.
- Our extraction methods are gentle, with fermentation lasting around three weeks to a month, with cooling during the first few days. The juices are then temperature-controlled at around 28°C in concrete vats.
Élevage:
- The wine is aged in concrete vats for 18 months.
