Sauvignon is a grape variety that produces refreshing, highly perfumed wines. Pale yellow, limpid color. The wine reveals a paleƩe of rich, complex aromas, ranging from citrus fruits (orange, grapefruit) to white flowers (iris, acacia, lime blossom), vegetal scents (mint, boxwood) and even exoƟc fruits (pineapple, passion fruit, lychee) with a fresh, precise mineral note. Ageing potenƟal: 2 to 3 years Sancerre Moulin Jamet goes well with fish, poultry, asparagus and salads, but also with spicy spicy and sweet/savory dishes.
